I did my yearly trip to Nantucket this year, but this time, I drove my RV instead of flying. I drove to Vermont to meetup with my sister and her husband, and my mom. We drove from there to Nantucket (not in my RV).
The cross county trip was done in 14 days, with stops in 12 different RV parks. I stayed for 2 nights in one spot. All the others were one night stops. They were all KOA's. That made the planning so much easier because I have a map and book that show all the KOA parks. Nantucket was great as usual. Maybe even better than usual -- the weather was perfect for the whole two weeks. |
