William Heise County Park

This is a county park about 50 miles from my home, near Julian. This is a nice example of the mountains east of San Diego. Large pine trees and lots of greenery.

My campsite parking area was very close to my neighbor’s, but the site itself was very large and open for spreading out. The cool looking thing next to my RV is called a Teardrop. You actually sleep inside it. My neighbors offered me a gin and tonic (which I accepted gladly), and we had a nice chat.

Here are a few more pictures.
